Prohibited items
- Counterfeit goods or unauthorized use of licensed IP
- Weapons, hazardous materials, or illegal products
- Adult / NSFW merchandise not suitable for a general anime audience
- Stolen goods, or listings that misrepresent condition or authenticity
- Digital goods that circumvent platform or third-party terms
DMCA & intellectual property
Saga Supply sellers must have the right to sell the merchandise they list. Rights holders may report alleged infringement. We review reports and may remove listings, suspend sellers, or share information as required by law. Sellers attest to IP rights during brand onboarding.
Returns & refunds
Return windows and policies are set by each brand unless Saga Supply states otherwise for a specific campaign. Contact the seller first for damaged or incorrect items. Platform fees and shipping may be non-refundable depending on order status. Simulated checkout orders in development environments are not real charges.
