Seller agreement

1. Platform fee
Saga Supply charges a platform fee of 12% (1,200 basis points) on gross merchandise value for completed orders, unless a written override applies to your account.
2. IP & authenticity
You represent that you have all rights necessary to list and sell your products, including trademarks, copyrights, and licenses. Counterfeit or unauthorized goods are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.
3. Fulfillment
You are responsible for accurate inventory, timely shipping, and providing tracking when you mark an order item as shipped. Repeated late or missing shipments may affect seller status.
4. Content & conduct
Listings must be accurate and comply with Saga Supply prohibited-items rules. You agree not to manipulate reviews, ratings, or rankings.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate seller access subject to outstanding orders being fulfilled or refunded. Arigaato / Saga Supply may suspend accounts for policy violations.
